Letting services - a new kind of service for landlords
We have a new approach to letting services. We provide a comprehensive range of services but you,as landlord, remain totally in control. There is no minimum contract, no percentage deduction from your rent, no upfront payments, no termination fees. It is a Pay As You Go system. All your rent goes straight to your account. Use us when you need us. You only pay for what you use.
Our service will give you piece of mind that your letting agent is not spending your money on unnecessary tasks, give you full control of your portfolio, and provide you with huge cost savings.
If you have a good tenant who is paying on time and is looking after your property there is nothing to pay us at all. When the need arises, when the tenant wants to move out, a repair is needed, a property inspection is required or whatever, then simply give us a call.

Most importantly, we minimise the stress of moving for you and your family, using our local knowledge to help you settle in, find schools, doctors or other essential services. We will stay in touch for as long as you need us. We can also locate suitable properties elsewhere in the UK.
- Our basic home search service, providing you with a targeted list of all properties meeting your requirements, is available throughout the rest of the UK,. Let us do the searching, and you will save time and money and make finding your new home much more efficient.
- We provide corporate relocation services. As an employer it is important that you relocate staff and their families with a minimum of fuss and anxiety so they can settle quicker and keep up to speed throughout. - We also find properties abroad.
